If you would like multiple participants on one invoice, please note this in the Details Box below.
If your school REQUIRES a PO# and you do not yet have it, just type in your name and the registration date. If your school does NOT require a PO, again, just type in your name and the registration date.
All invoices will be sent to the workshop participant. If you need the invoice sent to a specific office to expedite payment, be sure to give the appropriate email. Invoices will then be sent to this address, also. Put the name of the person to send the invoice to for payment in the Details Box above.
